Our client is a US market leading global player, a name you will almost certainly know, we are now seeking candidates for the position of:
Financial accountant with English
Due to expansion we now have multiple positions available at both mid to senior level for experienced GL accountants. Theses role will join our clients centralized finance department based close to central Prague.Reporting directly to the Regional Finance Manager.
These roles involve participation in the following for English speaking countries:
- Processing and reconciling of bank statements
- Accruals/prepayments
- Direct debit process (vendors)
- Bad debt and provisions accounting
- Fixed assets accounting and reconciliation
- Intercompany Accounting:
- processing of Intercompany invoices (both AP and AR)
- Accounting for Intercompany loans and posting of Intercompany interest
- Work on various European and SSC projects
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as required
Requirements:
- EU Passport or valid working permission for the Czech Republic.
- Fluent (Or Native) English – No Czech Language required
- 2 years plus senior level accounting experience
- Experince with US GAAP accounting
- Highly organized
- First-rate attention to detail
- Numerically accurate
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts through reasoned communication
