Credit Controller with Dutch

Horizons Language Jobs was originally founded as Horizons Recruitment in 2004, we are Prague's first agency specializing on finding the right job for English and other foreign language speakers of both Czech and non-Czech nationality.
We are now looking for several credit controllers for our international client here in Prague. We are currently seeking people to work with Dutch clients.
For all of these positions we will require either a valid European Union passport or Permanent Residency (Trvaly Pobyt) for the Czech Republic. We regret that our client’s are currently unable to accept applications requiring Visa sponsorship.
In this role you will:
-Work long term with a portfolio of assigned customers
-Cooperate and assist accounts receivable team in resolving payment transaction problems
-Monitor and pro-actively resolve potential and current payment problems with customers
-Act as an expert point of contact for other departments including customer service
-Create regular reporting on customer performance/risk
-Creatively and proactively create long term stable accounts with customers
We need:
-Very Strong English and Dutch language skills
-Previous similar working experience in collections, credit control, Accounts Receivable, Payables or similar (for example, customer service with some cash collections work combined)
-Proactive and target driven personality
-Good general PC skills
