Junior Account Manager with French or Dutch - 40,000 Kc
Job description
A new role has opened in one of the fastest growing Telecommunications in Europe. This position will become for account management of small and medium sized customers of our client.
The Job
- Account management of existing clients maintaing and building relations
- Up and cross selling to existing customers
- Receiving orders for our clients services and generating quotes
- Order entry, generating contracts
- To liaise with internal departments and customers to capture all required information for order creation and processing.
- Update customers records in the database system
Requirements
- EU Passport or valid working permission to work in the Czech Republic
- Fluent (or Native) German, French or Dutch and an advanced level of English – No Czech Language is required
- 1 years plus experience in sales, Account management or CS
- Experience from a Telco or IT company and / or understanding of telecoms products such as IP, bandwidth
- Team player, capable of interacting at all levels and being able to work on own initiative.
- Computer literate with demonstrable skills in MS Office.
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Customer focused
- Excellent attention to detail
