Customer Support (IT) with German

The job:
- Receiving calls from corporate clients regarding various IT problems
- If possible resolving the problem utilizing your experience, the extensive training you will receive and our clients internal database
- recording details of more serious problems, creating an “E ticket” to be able to track the problem in our clients database system and forwarding onto the correct person to resolve the issue.
We Need:
- Fluent or Native German language with at least communicative English
- Previous experience in any customer service related role or IT support
- User level and above IT skills (Extensive training is provided)
- Personality is important, you must want to help people, work in a team environment and want to solve problems!
