The job:
- Receiving calls from corporate clients regarding various IT problems, a high percentage of which will be based on Lotus Notes issues
- If possible resolving the problem utilizing your experience, the training you will receive and our clients internal database
- recording details of more serious problems, creating an “E ticket” to be able to track the problem in our clients database system and forwarding onto the correct person to resolve the issue.
We Need:
- Fluent or Native English or an advanced level of English and Fluent or Native German language (No Czech Language is required)
- Advanced level of Lotus Notes knowledge – Key User and above
- Previous experience in any customer service related role or IT support
- In general user level and above IT skills
- Personality is important, you must want to help people, work in a team environment and want to solve problems!
