Our clients are all major international companies; locations vary from central Prague to other locations in the city all close to metro stations.

Some of immediately available positions requiring only English language follow, 


Please note that all of our current positions at present require an EU passport or valid working permission for the Czech Republic. 

Pricing Database Administrator

- Enter new/ update Customer information
- Enter new/ update Pricing information
- Correcting errors reported in information stored on the system
- Updating pricing lists for price changes/ special promotions
- Provide information as requested by colleagues in other departments such as Finance, Logistics, CS and sales.

Fluent (or native) English 6 months plus data entry experience, Very good Excell skills

Credit Controller

- Responsible for applying unidentified and unapplied cash receipts to the correct invoice(s), thus relieving accounts receivable from various customer(s) accounts. 
- Account reconciliation
- Researching misapplied cash
- Preparing, posting, and inputting wire transfers.
- Inter-company transactions.
- Auditing, reconciling and correcting rejected payments

Fluent (or native) English and 6 months plus experience in credit control, invoices or similar


Order Entry Clerk

-  Receive Customer Orders

-  Data entry into the CRM system

Internal contact with invoicing and CS teams to resolve issues with orders

Fluent (or native) English and 6 months plus experience in CS including order entry required

- Analyze sales history to produce a basic forecast of the volume of our clients product
- Update the forecast with information gathered from sales/ Marketing
- To understand and interpret changes in product portfolio, customers, distribution points etc with may affect the forecast
- Generate forecasts by product group and individual production facilities
- Analysis and reporting of forecast vs budget, sales and actual demand
- Reporting

Fluent (or native) English and at least 1 years experience in sales demand planning
