Senior Customer Service Rep with German or Dutch
For our client a leading IT/ Telco company
The job:
- Receiving inbound calls from clients regarding various issues both technical and non
- If possible resolving the problem
- recording details of more serious problems, creating an “E ticket” to be able to track the problem in our clients database system and contacting internally to get the answer to the problem.
- Re-contacting the customer with the resolution to the problem ensuring their complete satisfaction
We Need:
- Fluent or Native German or Dutch and an advanced level of English
- Previous experience over the phone customer service
- Good technical knowledge, experience in IT support or similar
- Personality is important, you must want to help people, work in a team environment and want to solve problems!
