Based at an easily accessible part of Prague, all communication in this positon will be in French and English.
Responsibilities of this position will include:
- Capture all queries and complains from customers, both internal and external, by phone,fax, email
- Interact with all departments in order to provide an answer
- Close the query
Requirements:
- Experince in Customer service
- Fluent French and English – Czech or Slovak language not required
- High customer service orientation
- Advanced PC skills
- Team player attitude
