Assistance Coordinator
For our client a market leader in emergency assistance, we can promise a job with alot variety and problem solving, dealing with easier and complex cases, this is certainly not a high volume call centre role!!!!
The job:
- Receiving in bound calls from customers in Scandinavian countries requiring emergency assistance
– logging the problem into our clients system, checking the client has valid travel insurance
- Contacting doctors, hospitals, garages, police..... in short which ever service provider can resolve the issue for the customer
- Coordinating with both sides, the customer and service provider, until the problem is resolved
- Closing the case.
Requirements:
- Fluent (or Native) Danish or Swedish with a good level of English – No Czech Language is required
- Experience is not required but any experience in CS is an advantage, full and extensive training is provided
- Outgoing and communicative personality
- Available to work on a shift system
