AR Specialist with Dutch
Job description
Our client is one of the largest companies in the world producing a range of products famous globally!
Based at their Shared Service Centre (SSC) which is located at an easily accessible part of Prague, all communication in this position will be in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities of this position will include
- Posting of the incoming payments
- Booking of the incoming remittance advices and matching with the open items
- Reconciliation of the customer accounts
- Bank transfer to the customer and direct debiting
- Matching of the unapplied cash
- Solve customer Complaints
- SAP using
Requirements:
- EU Passport or valid working permission for the Czech Republic.
- Fluent or Native Dutch and an advanced level of English (No Czech or Slovak language is required)
- Education in business area including some accounting/ invoices
- Some experience in AR or Accounting/ Invoices
- Open and communicative personality
- A good level of PC Skills
