CS Rep Export English - Central Prague!!
Job description
For our client a market leading company you probably will know the name of we are now seeking candidates for the role of:
CS Representative Export with Italian or English
We have two vacancies available, one for Italian and English and one just requiring English.
Our client is based in central Prague, this position will be responsible for order entry and export to the Swiss markets of our client.
Duties of this role will include:
- Customer order management, working with both internal departments and external customers to ensure fulfiment of all order elements, for on-time delivery.
- Receiving, managing and resolving customer enquiries concerning products, product availability, general information.
- Ensure other technical enquiries etc are appropriately redirected and followed up.
- Input of customer data to company databases
- Providing support to Customer Services team colleagues.
- Other responsibilities and activities that may be allocated on occasion by the Customer Services Manager
- To prepare all Export documentation in accordance with the Customer/Destination Customs requirements (export invoices, certificates of origin and all other shipping documents to comply with letters of credit etc)
- Receive and action customer shipping instructions to ensure shipment can be made in line with corporate and customer requirements
Requirements:
- EU Passport or Valid working permission for the Czech republic
- At least high school education – degree education a definite advantage
- Fluent Italian with an advanced level of English or fluent English – No Czech language is required
- 1 years plus experience in either CS/ Logistics/ Purchasing / Order entry or a similar role
- Dynamic, open personality
- Good PC skills
