Pricing Administrator with English

For our client an already leading and rapidly expanding technology company,

this position is responsibale for admin support, quote generation and order entry supporting our clients sales department.  

Role and Responsibilities:

Producing sales quotations for our clients services
Inputting orders for multiple European entities.
To update opportunity and customer details on the sales management system
To liaise with internal departments and customers to capture all required information for order creation and processing.
To maintain records for all KPIs and Reports produced within the Sales and Marketing team.
To be responsible for ensuring that all final signed contracts and orders are processed in timely manner. This includes maintaining and cleansing existing contracts.

Requirements:

Previous experience in prodcing quotes/ pricing or business to bussiness sales from a IT/ Telco or Technical company
Good level of PC Skills
Strong English language skills (Other European languages are an advantage)
Must be able to demonstrate team working, accuracy and communication skills
Must have EU Passport or Permanent residency permit for the Czech Republic
