Junior Account Manager
A new role has opened in one of the fastest growing Telecommunications in Europe. This position will become for account management of existing small and medium sized customers of our client.
The Job
- Account management of existing clients maintaing and building relations, general CS ensuring client satisfaction.
- Cross and up selling, constantly working to increase revenue from allocated accounts
- Coordinating quote generation process and following up on supplied quotes, closing the deal
- Order entry, generating contracts
- To liaise with internal departments and customers to capture all required information for order creation and processing.
- Update customers records in the database system
Requirements
- EU Passport or valid working permission to work in the Czech Republic
- Fluent (or Native) French or Italian or German and an advanced level of English – No Czech Language is required
- 1 years plus experience in business to business sales or account managment
- Team player, capable of interacting at all levels and being able to work on own initiative.
- Computer literate with demonstrable skills in MS Office.
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Customer focused
- Excellent attention to detail
